ISRA’s work incorporates a collaborative research plan aimed at supporting the successful implementation of Pennsylvania's PDG state plan while meeting federal requirements. Key objectives are to identify gaps in capacity and access, evaluate implementation fidelity, and address priority topics highlighted by OCDEL, leading to informed decision-making and improvements in Pennsylvania's Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) services for children and families.
