Greg Collins

Dr. Greg Collins partnered with ISRA to support cost analysis for several Pennsylvania child care studies. This work offered a greater understanding of the true economic cost associated with providing child care through Pennsylvania as well as a study to understand the effects of COVID-19 on the child care providers.
