OCDEL partnered with ISRA to explore a variety of topics related to child care in Pennsylvania, including a comprehensive Market Rate Survey,  cost of care study to gain a greater understanding of the true economic cost associated with providing child care through Pennsylvania, and a study to understand the effects of COVID-19 on the child care providers.
