The PA Key, a business partner with OCDEL, provided communication support to ISRA for studies related to child care in Pennsylvania, including a comprehensive Market Rate Survey, cost of care study to gain a greater understanding of the true economic cost associated with providing child care through Pennsylvania, and a study to understand the effects of COVID-19 on the child care providers.
