Understanding Reporting Barriers in Domestic Violence Cases

Focusing on domestic violence victim-survivors, this study identifies barriers to reporting and service needs, with a particular emphasis on rural and urban differences. Insights from this research will inform policies and programs for a more equitable justice system in Pennsylvania.
