Statewide Outdoor Recreation Strategic Planning Support 2024

The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources' five-year Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan, a requirement for federal funding, was supported by the Center for Survey Research. The team conducted surveys with the public and the outdoor recreation providers to establish priorities and practices that promote outdoor recreation across the state. The plan is widely used by Commonwealth agencies and stakeholders to establish priorities and practices that support outdoor recreation.
