Shaunté DePaso

Shaunté DePaso is a result-driven leader passionate about fostering collaborative work environments and achieving organizational goals. Shaunté has extensive experience in operations management, student services coordination, and external engagement. Shaunté is excited to join the institute, “I’m eager to collaborate with my colleagues to provide research-based insights that serve our communities and stakeholders. I believe in the value of using data and research to make informed decisions that can positively impact Pennsylvanians.”

In her free time, Shaunté enjoys taking trail walks with her husband, spending quality time with her family, and watching her son play baseball. She is also a proud dog owner, adding to her love for the outdoors and family activities.
