A Study of Flood Insurance in Pennsylvania Across Three Professional Roles

In partnership with the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA), this study explored flood insurance purchasing habits in Pennsylvania. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research focused on understanding the knowledge levels of realtors, lenders, and insurance agents regarding flood insurance products. Funded by a Community Development Block Grant, the study's insights contribute to better consumer understanding and decision-making regarding flood insurance.
