The Impact of the Clinical System Accelerator Role

The Impact of the Clinical System Accelerator Role project was a collaborative effort between the Center for Survey Research and Penn State Hershey College of Medicine researchers Dr. Ami DeWaters and Barb Blatt. The project’s goal was to understand the learning and teaching of Health Systems Science within clinical learning environments through a series of in-depth interviews with Clinical System Accelerators (CSAs), residents, medical education leaders, and health system leaders at the Penn State College of Medicine, Kaiser Permanente, Geisinger, and Allegheny Health Network.
