An Exploration of Adult Guardianship Proceedings in Pennsylvania

The Exploration of Adult Guardianship Proceedings in Pennsylvania project was a collaborative effort between the Center for Survey Research and the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts. Through a series of focus groups and interviews, this study explored the experiences of guardians, family members, and guardianship advocates who had been involved in guardianship proceedings; guardian monitoring capabilities to prevent abuse and exploitation; and alternatives to guardianship.
