This project supports the development of resources for Pre-K data system development in three periods of work. In the first project period, researchers will conduct a mixed-methods study of state agency capacity to implement data systems. In the second project period, we will develop tools to assist in the implementation of Pre-K data system work. The project will end with a national convening of state teams engaged in Pre-K data system development.
