Shelley Hart joins the Institute of State and Regional Affairs as its first Proposal and Award Specialist

Shelley Hart joined the Institute of State and Regional Affairs on January 11, 2023. In this role, she will assist with pre-award activities (proposal preparation, tracking, and coordination of meetings and materials), serve as a liaison to the Office of Research and Outreach, and perform other project and ISRA support duties. Shelley comes to us from the Radiology Department at Penn State Health where she served as a Senior Coordinator, Administrative Support. She has previous administrative assistant and project management experience from her time at Elizabethtown College, Milton Hershey School, and HACC.
