Shelley Hart

Shelley Hart brings to the institute more than 25 years of experience in administration and project management. She has worked in office management, human resources, and finance settings, mainly in higher education and K–12. Shelley has held positions at the Milton Hershey School, Elizabethtown College, and most recently, a supervisory role at Penn State Health. She also worked at Harrisburg Area Community College, where she received the President’s Award for service to the college and its students. 

“I enjoy being part of a system that finds answers to questions, and that happens through the research conducted at ISRA,” Shelley says. She particularly enjoys learning about the Institute’s Pennsylvania Game Commission projects. “My husband is an avid hunter, so I can relate to the research and the reasons for the studies.”
