Aliana Havrilla

Aliana Havrilla appreciates working with the Institute’s interdisciplinary teams on research whose ultimate goals are to advance social change and create a more equitable world. As a research specialist, she brings experience in evaluation and data analysis to the table, along with strong skills in critical thinking and data translation. Ali also supports the Data Center’s outreach efforts by collaborating with colleagues and external partners to develop tools and resources that help data users explore information, gain insights, and move to action. She has a keen interest in advancing understanding of complex challenges and opportunities in the areas of public health, community development, equity, and well-being. 

Outside of work, Aliana enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking, and tabletop gaming with friends and family.
