Research Interest: With Penn State for over 27 years serving as project director for hundreds of applied research projects. Specializing in projects with public sector organizations and community groups. Current funded research interest include issues surrounding Long Term Care; Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises; Sustainability; and Community/Economic Development.
Education: Graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Penn State and undergraduate degree in Economics from Towson State University in Baltimore, Maryland.
